Aperol Aperitivo is a bright orange Italian aperitif with a distinctive bittersweet flavour. Made from a blend of bitter and sweet oranges, herbs and roots, it offers notes of orange zest, gentian and rhubarb with a light, refreshing body and a moderate alcohol content.

Best known as the key ingredient in the Aperol Spritz, where it is mixed with Prosecco and soda, Aperol is also enjoyable simply over ice with soda or used in other aperitif style cocktails that favour a lower ABV, refreshing profile.
